O.K. I know it's been awhile, but there has been alot going on. We've made it Georgia safe in sound. The road trip was not as bad as I thought it would be. The kids we're great, besides having to stop for potty breaks.......OFTEN. We stop in Texas so I could spend time with my sister and so we can get alil' rest time. Now we are here and searching for jobs, getting use to new schools and finding a place of our own. My oldest son didn't get much of a summer he got out of school in the middle of June and hopped right back in beginning of August. I have to say he's truly loving he's new school and doing GREAT. He get's to go to school with 2 cousins who are in the same grade as him (4th) and same age (9). Neither of them are in the same class that would be interesting, but they are right next door to each other. Heres a picture to show he's true happiness.
On another note. There has been alot going on with in and I've been working on finding a postivie form of thinking and living. This past year the people in my life and those new I'm coming to path with all are enlightening me through words of encouragement, mentorship, and love is showing me how to live life to the fullest. I'm ready for positive growth and living life to the best of my ability while giving thanks and giving back. It's funny because I often visit Karla Dudley's Blog, I just love her designs and style. She's awesome, but anywhoo I saw that there was a new word at OLW and it was CHANGE. So I click the link check it out to see what it was about and thought I need CHANGE, I'm going to create and here is what I created with the word CHANGE.

Waterhose Fun
Man do I remeber doing just this when I was younger. We didn't have a pool, but that was alright because all we would do is pull out the waterhose and get wet to stay cool. I don't know if that was a hood thing or not, but if so my boys was getting hood wet with the waterhose and they had a blast. Well, my oldest son did the youngest had a blast wetting his big brother...lol. I took some pictures and made a 2nd attempt on digital scrapbooking. I feel like something missing, it looks alil' dull to me. The design that is (smiles).
Photography On MY Mind
Photography has been deep in my thoughts today. I keep trying to read every little peice of information pertaining to becoming a successful child photographer. I really have a passion for children and photography so I thought why not combine the two and find away to stand out in the buisness and have my own since of photography style. So I've been truly brain storming.
I really want to focus on writing a buisness plan and developing a name and logo. I've been playing around with logo's and names. I thought of i shine photography or urban flare or just using my blog title, but felt that may be alil' to long. Please let me know what you think. I'm truly new to the buisness aspect of photography and open to ideas and more ideas, I just love taking pictures and savoring moments. These are a couple of logos I came up with.

Promotion 2 Black Belt
-My Lil' Big Boy as a White Belt-4 years old-
I am so proud of my son and hubby. They both worked so hard for so long. My son is officially a 1st degree black belt.....WOW. He took he's test on 6/28 along with he's daddy who tested for he's 6th degree ,who is now a Master in the Art of Hapkido. I remember when my son love to play and do karate moves at 2 years old. Hee Yaa........that's all I would hear in a little, cute baby voice. Now Hee Yaa is done with such force and power. After he's testing I could see how proud he felt, but he wasn't ready for what was coming next.......he's dad sending him back on the mat to break wood with a spining heel kick. He tried breaking it the first time, it didn't break and I just saw he's face fill up with disappointment and then the tears came. He's father made him kick it again telling him don't be scared kick it with force and strength. I could tell he was frustrated and some what imbaressed and as a mother I just wanted to get him and tell him it's alright, but b4 I knew it he was kicking the wood again and it broke in half. Everyone begin to clap and just that quick you could see he's facial expression change and the feeling he felt like I did it. I'll share picture's soon.Tuesday, June 3, 2008
LONG TIME, NO BLOG!
It's funny I've been so excited about creating a blog, but since I've been finishing up with school, doing practicum ( teaching the lil'ones ) and taking care a family, it's hard to find time to get on. Tomorrow I graduate......yeeeeeepeeeee. I'll have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development. I'm actually so excited inside. I'm one of those people that don't show expression much on the outside. I''m kind of chill, but boy let me tell you my insides are so ecastatic. I'm still not finish yet, because I still have my ultimate goal to reach. So I still have a lot of road left ahead of me. Well, I finally have the kids down and now I get to prepare for the BIG day tomorrow so I betta get going.
